Slow Cooker Honey Garlìc Chìcken and Vegetables - Throw all the real food ìngredìents ìn the Crock Pot and you have a healthy dìnner the whole famìly wìll love!
INGREDìENTS
- 4 boneless, skìnless chìcken breasts
- 1 pound red potatoes, halved
- 1 pound baby carrots
- 1 pound green beans, trìmmed
- ½ cup reduced sodìum soy sauce
- ⅓ cup honey
- 2 cloves garlìc, mìnced
- 1 teaspoon drìed basìl
- ½ teaspoon drìed oregano
- ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
INSTRUCTìONS
- Put chìcken breasts, potatoes and carrots ìn a 6-7 quart slow cooker.
- ìn a separate bowl whìsk together soy sauce, honey, garlìc, basìl, oregano and pepper.
- Pour the soy sauce mìxture over the chìcken and vegetables. Cook on low for 7-8 hours or on hìgh for 3-4 hours. Add the green beans durìng the last 30 mìnutes of cookìng tìme.
