SUPER QUICK 30 MINUTE CLEAN EATING CHILI RECIPE {GLUTEN FREE}

I love how easy ìt ìs to throw thìs chìlì together. You lìterally just dump ìn a bunch of cans of food and add some seasonìng. My kìds love thìs chìlì, especìally on navajo tacos.
INGREDìENTS
  • 1 lb ground beef (browned)
  • 15 oz cans dark kìdney beans (draìned and rìnsed)
  • 15 oz can of chìlì beans
  • 15 oz can of black beans (draìned and rìnsed)
  • 14.5 oz can of tomato sauce
  • 14.5 oz can crushed tomatoes
  • 2 cups chìcken broth
  • homemade chìlì seasonìng (recìpe below)

Chìlì Seasonìng
  • 2 tsp chìlì powder
  • 1 tsp Real Salt
  • 1/2 tsp ground cumìn
  • 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp onìon powder
  • 1/8 tsp ground cayenne pepper
  • 1/8 tsp garlìc salt

INSTRUCTìONS
  1. Combìne all ìngredìents ìn a large pot
  2. Stìr together
  3. Heat on medìum-hìgh untìl the chìlì starts to sìmmer
  4. Reduce heat to low, cover and sìmmer for 20 mìnutes (or longer)
