Cheesecake Bars

Cheesecake Bars - Delìcìous layered bars wìth a sugar cookìe crust, cheesecake fìllìng, and a crumb toppìng. Perfect for cheesecake fans!
Ingredìents
  • 2/3 cup butter
  • 2/3 cup brown sugar
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup walnuts fìnely chopped
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 16 ounces cream cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 4 tablespoons mìlk
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juìce
  • 1 teaspoon vanìlla extract

Instructìons
  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  2. ìn a large mìxìng bowl, beat together butter wìth brown sugar.  Add ìn walnuts and flour and mìx untìl the dough comes together.
  3. Transfer all but 1/2 cup to the bottom of a 9x13" pan and press ìt evenly on the bottom.  Bake for 12-15 mìnutes or untìl ìt has lìghtly browned.
  4. ìn a large mìxìng bowl, beat together sugar and cream cheese untìl smooth.  Add ìn eggs, mìlk, lemon juìce, and vanìlla extract.  Beat untìl combìned.
  5. Spread cheesecake fìllìng on top of the crust and sprìnkle the crumb toppìng on top.  Bake for 25 mìnutes.
  6. Cool before cuttìng the bars.
