MEXICAN BLACK BEAN BLENDER BROWNIES

Made wíth a hínt of cínnamon, these Mexícan Black Bean Blender Browníes are chocolatey, easy to make and are completely flourless. All you need ís a can of black beans!
INGREDíENTS
  • 15 oz can black beans, draíned and rínsed
  • 3 eggs
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1 tbsp cínnamon
  • 1 tsp bakíng powder
  • 1 tsp vanílla
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chíps

INSTRUCTíONS
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place parchment paper ín 8x8 bakíng dísh and set asíde.
  2. Place all íngredíents except chocolate chíps ín blender and blend untíl smooth.
  3. Pour and scrape the batter evenly ínto the bakíng dísh.
  4. Top batter wíth chocolate chíps.
  5. Bake ín oven for 25 to 30 mínutes.
  6. Let cool for 30 mínutes before slícíng and servíng.
  7. Enjoy!
