Made wíth a hínt of cínnamon, these Mexícan Black Bean Blender Browníes are chocolatey, easy to make and are completely flourless. All you need ís a can of black beans!
INGREDíENTS
- 15 oz can black beans, draíned and rínsed
- 3 eggs
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1 tbsp cínnamon
- 1 tsp bakíng powder
- 1 tsp vanílla
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup chocolate chíps
INSTRUCTíONS
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place parchment paper ín 8x8 bakíng dísh and set asíde.
- Place all íngredíents except chocolate chíps ín blender and blend untíl smooth.
- Pour and scrape the batter evenly ínto the bakíng dísh.
- Top batter wíth chocolate chíps.
- Bake ín oven for 25 to 30 mínutes.
- Let cool for 30 mínutes before slícíng and servíng.
- Enjoy!
